Our Story
Milagro means “Miracle” in Spanish and to Carlos and Rosa Lopez, owners and operators of Milagro Burritos, Inc. reaching their goal of being small business owners was like a miracle! From Rosa’s kitchen, through closed doors of financial aid, hard work and dedication, Carlos and Rosa hung onto their vision and faith. As business grew and doors began to open for Carlos and Rosa, their vision became a reality. Today, Milagro’s Burritos employs 12 workers, has 10 delivery routes and serves approximately 2,500 customers all over the Denver metro-area.
